Shopify provides the ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to offer our products and Services.

However, purchases made through Nuvella are transactions between you and Nuvella.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for products sold by Nuvella, transactions between you and Nuvella, or disputes arising from purchases made through our store.
